How Marvel Buy actually works — what we are, who ships your order, and how to buy the smart way.
01 Who is Marvel Buy?
Marvel Buy is a curated directory of finds — hoodies, tees, shoes and accessories — not a shop. We gather links, check them, and tag them with brand and size so you can find what fits fast. We don't stock, sell or ship anything ourselves: every card sends you out to an independent third-party seller, bought and shipped through the agent you choose. Marvel Buy is only the catalog in front of that.
02 Is Marvel Buy a shop? Do I buy from you?
No. Marvel Buy is an information and curation service, not an e-shop. When you tap "View link" you leave for a third-party seller through your agent. The purchase is between you and that seller — money never passes through Marvel Buy.
03 Who handles my order and the goods?
Your agent — Kakobuy, Mulebuy, CNFans or whichever you pick — buys the item from the third-party seller and ships it to you. The agent only searches, purchases and delivers; it doesn't make the goods and can't guarantee their authenticity or quality. That's why you always review the free QC photos before you pay for shipping.
04 How do I actually buy something?
Three taps: save your size so the whole site filters to what fits, open a find and tap its link, then order it through your agent. When the item reaches the agent's warehouse you check the QC photos and pay for shipping. That's it.
05 What are QC photos?
QC (quality-control) photos are free pictures your agent takes of the actual item once it arrives from the seller, before it ships to you. Look them over — fabric, stitching, size tag, colour — and only pay for shipping if you're happy with what you see.
06 Can I do it on my phone?
Yes. The whole flow runs in your browser, on desktop or mobile — most people browse Marvel Buy on their phone and check out with their agent there too. Tap a link, order, check the QC photos, pay for shipping.
07 How do the size and brand filters work?
Save your size once and every page filters down to what actually fits you. Filter by brand, tap a category, or just search a name or ID. Filtering is instant and happens in your browser — the page never reloads, so you find a specific item in seconds.
08 Are the links safe? Are they affiliate links?
Links open at the seller or at your agent — nowhere else. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you; the full disclosure is in the footer. Marvel Buy never handles your payment or asks for card details.
09 A link is dead — what do I do?
Tap the flag on any card to report it and we'll fix or replace it. We check links regularly and add fresh finds every week, so the directory stays current. For anything about a specific order — shipping, customs or returns — ask your agent, since they hold and ship the goods.
